Seem pretty nice, but i will not execute an .exe to modify my system, specially not in my language :( Can u put the theme\visual style apart here on devianart?

I see an amazing them -> I've :+fav+ it and download it -> And what do I see inside instead of it? Some shitty txt file not even translated to English telling me where to download the real thing even though it should be already on my HDD
